I am 16, and my cycling and academics are my primary focus. I love training and racing my bike, but I am acutely aware how lucky I am. My mom and I have volunteered at our local food bank for years. I love assisting people who need help and get as much as I give. This experience has helped shape me into the person I am, making me even more grateful for the opportunity to ride my bike. This encourages me to push harder during training rides, and fight when I am in a tough race.

I’m the AZ State Champion, racing on the national circuit and doing well. I have been selected to ride for the Bear National Team. Being part of Bear is a goal I've been striving toward for several years. I'm stoked!

I will start racing on the national circuit again in the spring. I'll be racing for UCI points, aiming to be competitive in the junior 17-18 age group. I'm working for an opportunity to represent the US in Europe.

I'll continue to work toward my goals while hanging out with friends, attending rock concerts, and playing guitar. I'm listening to a lot of Metallica right now, which is great for training rides. My favorite trails in Sedona are all of them. I enjoy hiking with my sister and swimming when I'm not riding.

After high school, I plan on studying biology on a pre-med. track while remaining flexible, given the unique cycling opportunities I've been given.
